Mr. Hou Kai, Auditor General of the National Audit Office of China, met with Mr. Jorge Bermúdez, Comptroller General of the Republic of Chile, in Santiago de Chile on November 25, 2022.

Mr. Hou highly appreciated Mr. Bermúdez’s effective work during his term as the Chairman of the United Nations Board of Auditors, and introduced the latest development of the government audit in China. Mr. Bermúdez thanked Mr. Hou for visiting the Office of the Comptroller General of Chile, and looked forward to increasing cooperation between the two SAIs.

Mr. Niu Qingbao, Chinese ambassador to Chile, also attended the meeting.
